Returns & Refunds – Little Mat Co

We hope you love your new mat as much as we do! If for any reason you’re not completely happy, here’s how we can help:

Change of Mind
We offer returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or Damaged Items
We take great care to make sure your item arrives safely. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving it and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.

To lodge a return:
Just email us at hello@littlematco.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We’ll get back to you quickly with next steps.

Please note:
– We do not accept returns on sale items.
– We do not offer refunds for change of mind — store credit only.
